Please note: This English translation is provided for convenience and informational purposes. In the event of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English and the Hungarian versions, the Hungarian version shall prevail.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform the visitors of the website (hereinafter: Data Subject) about the processing of personal data provided on the site and collected during browsing, based on the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and domestic legislation.
This document covers exclusively the contact, request for quotation, and online marketing activities taking place on the website.
1. Details of the Data Controllers
During data processing – depending on the purpose – the following parties act as data controllers:
A. Primary Data Controller (Real Estate Developer)

2. Purpose, legal basis, and duration of data processing
The processing of personal data takes place along two distinctly separable processes:
I. Inquiry, contact, and request for quotation (Contact form)
Purpose of data processing: To initiate a callback regarding the apartments selected by the Data Subject, provide information, assess purchasing intent, and record interests (comments, statuses) in a CRM system.
Processed data: First name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, planned time of purchase, preferred time of contact, preferred apartments (e.g., B407, B405).
Legal basis: The explicit consent of the Data Subject (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), provided by ticking the mandatory data processing checkbox at the bottom of the form, as well as taking steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Duration of data processing: Maximum 2 years from the submission of the data.
Controller: Városmag BN4 Tetőtér Kft. (Technical operator: Máté Ur sole proprietor).
II. Marketing and Exclusive Pre-purchase Offers (Optional subscription)
Purpose of data processing: Sending marketing messages from Városmag BN4 Kft. and Unbuiltmarket (Máté Ur sole proprietor), and exclusive real estate and investment offers before market launch.
Processed data: Name, e-mail address.
Legal basis: The voluntary, explicit consent of the Data Subject (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), provided by ticking the "Yes, I would like the exclusive pre-purchase offers available only to subscribers" checkbox. This is not a condition for submitting the contact form.
Duration of data processing: Until the withdrawal of consent (until unsubscribing from the newsletter).
Controller: Joint data control between Városmag BN4 Kft. and Máté Ur sole proprietor.
3. Data Processors and Technical Partners
To ensure the secure storage of data, the operation of the website, and the management of marketing campaigns, we use the following Data Processors (technical partners):
A. Website and Infrastructure
Framer B.V.: Service provider ensuring the engine and direct hosting of the website.
Tárhely.eu Kft. (1144 Budapest, Ormánság utca 4. 10. em. 241., Hungary): Hosting provider for the banklofts.hu domain name and associated e-mail accounts.
Zoho Corporation: Provider of the Zoho Mail system through which official e-mail communication (info@banklofts.hu) takes place.
B. CRM and Automation
Airtable (Formagrid Inc.): Cloud-based database serving as a CRM system for storing the data of interested parties, allowing the Managing Director (András Gábor Ifi) to record the results of phone consultations (comments, buyer intent).
Make (Celonis S.E.): System integration platform that automatically forwards data from the website to the Airtable and Google Sheets databases via a webhook upon form submission.
Google Ireland Ltd.: Google Sheets service for storing Unbuiltmarket's separate subscriber database for marketing purposes.
C. Analytics and Advertising (More details in the Cookie Policy) To measure website traffic and display targeted advertisements (remarketing), we use the following systems (exclusively with the Data Subject's cookie consent):
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.: Meta (Facebook) Pixel – Measuring advertising conversions and building target audiences.
Google Ireland Ltd.: Google Analytics 4 (statistics), Google Tag Manager (tag manager), and Google Ads (advertising system).
4. Data Security and Access Rights
The processed data can exclusively be accessed by the following persons to the extent absolutely necessary for the performance of their duties:
András Gábor Ifi: Telephone and e-mail sales consultations, recording buyer feedback.
Máté Ur (Unbuiltmarket): IT operation and maintenance of the website and backend systems (Airtable, Make, advertising accounts), as well as the management and sending of separately authorized marketing newsletters.
The transmission of data between the browser and the servers always takes place through an encrypted (HTTPS) channel. Cloud-based service providers (Airtable, Google, Zoho) apply modern server-side encryption meeting industry standards.
5. Rights of the Data Subjects
In connection with data processing, the Data Subject has the following rights:
Right to information and access: May request a copy of their processed data.
Right to rectification: May request the correction of inaccurate data.
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): May request the deletion of their data (unless precluded by law, e.g., for billing). Withdrawing marketing consent results in immediate deletion from the newsletter database.
Right to restriction of processing.
Right to data portability.
Right to object: May object at any time to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes.

6. Complaint Handling and Legal Remedies
Any consumer complaints will be handled through standard customer communication channels (e-mail, phone). If the Data Subject considers that the processing of their personal data violates applicable data protection requirements, they are entitled to:
